1. 制定和执行公关项目计划，独立带领团队执行项目；

2. 负责计划、管理和执行公关传播方案，把握客户需求，对客户需求进行精准的分析及建议；

3. 深入了解客户的企业战略、产品战略，组织团队进行方案的讨论、规划、撰写，并代表公司向客户进行提案；

4. 指导监督团队撰写符合客户及媒体需求的各类稿件 ，按月、按项目策划亮点传播；

5. 团队管理、培训，协调内部合作，带领团队完成规定的业绩指标。

任职要求：

1. 5年以上汽车公关经验；

2. 备较强的公关传播策划、组织及团队管理能力；

3. 良好的沟通技巧，考虑问题全面，能独立处理问题；

4. 优秀的方案稿件撰写能力及提案能力，主导撰写过年度、专项等策略策划案；

5. 熟悉各类媒体的宣传模式，并能熟练应用，有数字业务经验优先考虑。
