1. 职位概述
Job Summary
部门厨师长的主要职责就是使顾客满意，确保部门财务目标的达成。
依照服务合同及公司营运必做各项要求，全面管理部门日常运营，带领员工完成食品烹饪、服务等工作。确保员工遵循、理解并执行索迪斯的理念，核心价值观和道德准则以及公司各项政策，并使他们得以不断的进步和提高。
The main responsibility of Unit Chef is to satisfy the customers and achieve the financial objectives.
In compliance with the service contract and Sodexo Les Incontournables, manage the unit operation comprehensively. A Unit Chef leads his/her staff to cook and provide excellent services to the client and customers. Ensure within his/her staff the respect, understanding and application of Sodexo philosophy, core values and ethical principles as well as all company policies and take the responsibility of people development.

？ 5年以上的餐饮服务经验
5 years and above cooking experience

Professional skills
？ 熟练的烹调技能
Proficient cooking skills
？ 熟悉公司营业流程及卫生安全制度

Familiar with operational procedures and hygiene & safety regulations
？ 食品成本控制知识
Knowledge of food cost control
？ 制定菜单的能力
Ability of Menu Planning
？ 熟悉独立经营和收取管理费财务管理模式
Familiar with Profit & Lost or management fee financial model
？ 通用技能
General skills
？ 较强的沟通与协调能力
Strong communication skills
