Responsibilities

独立承接金融、通讯、科技类线下项目的统筹工作，及时、准确地提交数据，确保项目执行数量/质量。

1.项目前期准备：协调资源，项目启动会，撰写运作手册，项目培训；

2.项目中的沟通：作为项目执行负责人，能够协调上下的沟通、传达、落实跟进工作；

3.项目执行中：

1）对进度/配额做有效控制；

2）按照工作指引，做好陪访工作；

3）对突发状况有预判能力，有风险控制意识，并能果断提供解决方案；

4）对项目数据有追踪意识，能够有基本的逻辑判断和分析能力；

4.项目结束：

1）能客观、真实的评估供应商；

2）良好的项目资料归档的习惯。

Requirements

- 良好的统筹计划能力；

- 较强的逻辑思维；

- 出色的解决问题能力和现场应变能力；

- 熟练使用办公软件；

- 基本的英文听说读写；

-有一定的抗压能力，能正确应对项目高峰，适应弹性工作制；

-良好的沟通协调能力，能够很好的协调各团队间的关系； 

- 优先考虑综合能力较强愿意从事调研行业的应届大学生
