职位描述：

1.对国内某知名上市鞋子品牌的OEM工厂进行精益改善活动的辅导。

2.培训布署企业各部门和现场精益生产。

3.与现场精益负责人充分沟通制作价值流图，并负责带领实施计划。

4.制定目标并负责监督实施，支持工厂的核心执行团队，培训现场人员的价值流管理流程，5S，目视化管理，看板管理等。

5.与工厂精益团队和个人一起发现精益生产力改善机会，监督各方面的改进。

6.制定培训方案和培养内部培训师队伍。

7.监测团队精益西格玛技术应用进度。

8.定期到现场检查价值流，有效解决现场出现的问题。

9.评估VSM现状和制定未来VSM和改善方案。

10.与组织各层面人员沟通。

11.执行价值管理流程改善，包括非制造流程，并追踪结果。

12.维护并定期更新实施计划，实施企业精益管理评估。

13.与其他工厂的精益负责人分享好的经验。

资质要求：

1.本科以上学历

2. 8年或以上在鞋类工厂开展项目的精益生产经验

3.有工厂现场指导培训经验,具备跨职能部门进行改善的能力

4.其他

1）良好的引导、激励、流程和人员管理技巧

2）有能力调用资源,推动跨部门和组织的变革

3) 有志于企业精益管理

4) 有改善改革经验（例如六西格玛，精益管理等）

备注:公司在广州，候选人须接受长期出差在福建泉州，厦门，福州。
