Job Summary: Will be responsible for the cargo inventory management, and daily shipping arrangement

  

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily cargo inventory management, guarantee the accurate and timely consistency between cargo and system, provide daily inventory report.
• Communicate and carry out shipment according to sales shipping instruction
• Coordinate with factory for receiving , cargo delivery
• Coordinate with shipping company , shipment booking , arrange transportation, clear import/export custom
• Prepare tracking number with waybill number, update shipment log and status
• Maintain stock report, shipment report

                            

    

Position Requirements:

• At least 2 years' sold relevant working experience.
• Junior college or above diploma.
• Skillful in Microsoft office operation.
• Good command of written English, oral English ability will be a plus,
• well-organized, self-motivated
• Proactive and willing to take the initiative

工作职责：

• 货物日常库存管理，保证货物与系统的一致，制作每日库存报表
• 根据销售出货安排协调安排出货
• 协同工厂安排收货及出货
• 与船务公司沟通安排订舱、运输及进出口清关
• 提供运输追踪单号，更新出货记录状况
• report 制作货物库存报表，出货报表等

                            

岗位要求：

• 至少2年以上同等岗位工作经验
• 大专或以上学历
• 熟练使用office办公软件
• 具备阅读与书面英语能力，具备英语口语能力优先考虑
• 工作具备条理性和主动性
