1. 负责社群运营文案策划，策划用户感兴趣的话题，从而与用户互动，保证社群活跃度，使用户产生对社群的黏性。

2. 负责每日优质推荐文章的内容输出，增加用户粘性。

3. 负责相关产品的推广宣传营销策划，促使用户购买及再次复购。

4. 负责社群号的账户人物定位及内容输出，输出与账号人物定位相匹配的各类信息。

5. 负责线下招商培训会的活动文案策划，发言稿及相关物料的软文输出。

岗位要求：

1. 热爱并熟悉微信、抖音等社交媒体内容产品，对产品有深刻而准确的把握。

2. 对热点事件、新闻动态等信息敏感，富于创新，勇于开拓，文字功底强。

3. 组织、协调能力出色，擅长内容相关的选题、编辑、策划工作。

4. 有微信、抖音社群文案策划经验优先考虑。
