工作内容：

          1、负责完整构建学生档案。 

          2、协助任教老师，跟进学生的课后作业完成情况。

          3、负责VIP学生考试指导和学习指导。 

          4、制定VIP学生的测试计划并实施，批改学生的试卷，能做一些学术答疑。 

          5、配合客服和任课老师做好学生的学习计划并督促实施。

          6、负责协助学生的续费和复购工作。  

          7.负责VIP学生入门指导及后期的定期家长会。     

我们需要你：

          1、形象气质佳，认真负责，耐心仔细，本科及以上学历，英语六级以上， 化学，物理，英语，经济类专业优先考虑，研究生优先考虑； 

          2、具有较强的亲和力和责任心，较强的总结和沟通能力，以及良好的沟通能力、 执行力和协调能力； 

          3、能够熟练使用Office等办公软件及办公系统。 4、有相关工作经验者优先考虑。
