【岗位职责】

1、提出策划方案，撰写具有创意的漫画大纲和企划，筛选部门原创选题；

2、有丰富的漫画作者和脚本作者资源；

3、监督漫画编辑的上线和上传工作，配合商务部制定作品上线和推广计划；

4、熟悉漫画制作流程，优化部门选题，主导和推动项目执行；

【任职要求】

1、本科或以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验，漫画平台主管级以上及有成功案例者优先考虑；

2、具有一定美术功底和较强的逻辑思维，有强烈的责任心和良好的业务规划能力、策划能力；

3、对有潜力的作品有较强的敏感度，善于发掘内容，能及时关注漫画市场的趋势和变化；

4、阅读量广，热爱动漫和影视作品，关注IP作品的授权资讯。
