Responsibility for operations management of One Clariant Campus (OCC)

Essential Function 1:Manage OCC Operations, technically and administrative

1.Manage OCC according to legal requirements, Clariant standards, GTI and BU requirements

2.Implement and maintain efficient facility management with the right balance of insourced/outsourced services

3.Secure efficient management and state-of-the art technical conditions within the OCC, incl. energy management

4.Manage 3rd party service providers, such as Triple-Gen, logistics and chemicals supply chain partner

5.Ensure required capabilities and work processes for failure-free operation of OCC

Essential Function 2:ESHA/QM

1Execute and secure QM/ESHA standards in line with corporate policies and local legislation

2Establish Clariant Risk Portfolio Analysis and safeguard implementation

3Responsible for LEM-Organization of OCC

Essential Function 3:Personnel/Organization

1.Manage OCC FM organization efficiently to ensure appropriate service level to GTI/Business Units

2.Ensure appropriate job related qualifications, training and education of all FM staff

3.Manage, motivate and develop employees in line with the management principles of the company

Essential Function 4: Implementation of Clariant's Innovation Culture within OCC

1.Support GTI, BUs and Regional Mgmt in organizing events, workshops and promote know-how exchange

2.Support Clariant Excellence and Innovation Excellence initiatives

Essential Function 5: External Relations

1.Promote Clariant's Innovation Image via OCC and support OCC events (OCC tours, exhibitions, etc.)

2.Support Management and Group Communications in ？mplementing respetive communciaitons roadmaps
