1. Deliver IT support service to end-user including GZ/SZ office and school staff. 

  

2. Assist to deliver new school IT infrastructure including Windows Client, Linux Client, Printing, Network, Wi-Fi, TouchScreen TV.

  

3. Coordinate with Global IT/external partner to troubleshoot complex/cross-team issue.

  

4. Maintain IT documents and service guides. 

  

5. Roll out IT project in GZ/SZ region with the delivery standard.

  

6. Work with network partner to maintain network SLA to ensure the user experience.

  

 

  

Job Basic Requirements: 

  

1. Strong sense of responsibility;

  

2. Strong sense of customer oriented;

  

3. Strong problem solving skill;

  

4. Must be a good team player and self-motivated.

  

5. At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

  

6. Solid knowledge about usage of MS Office 365, Win10, iPad. Knowledge with Linux will be a plus.

  

7. Well-known in Ethernet and general network troubleshooting;

  

8. Competent in resolving issues of both hardware and software.

  

9.  Having experience in project management is preferred. 

  

10. Willing OT during the holiday for emergency situation.

  

11. English communication will be a plus.
