职位描述：

Responsibilities:
1. Take the direct responsibility in conducting inspection on supplier products and ensuring product quality based on given standards.

根据相关产品标准，对供货商产品进行出厂检验并保证产品符合相应的质量要求。
2. Identify product quality issues and potential safety risk from item selection stage to finished product.

从选品到成品阶段，及时发现产品质量相关问题以及潜在的安全风险。
3. Support product specification development and help to establish inspection standards with Sourcing team.

与采购组密切合作，共同制定产品规格和相关的检验标准。
4. Proactively communicate with suppliers and Sourcing team to resolve quality issues, and take corrective actions, improvement and drive for excellence.

针对质量问题，积极主动与供货商和采购组沟通，并采取改正或改善措施，力求完美。
5. Provide constant training to the Quality Inspectors in field for improvement.为持续提高产品质量，定期为质量检查人员提供相应的质量培训。
6. Generate supplier quality analysis reports based on quality parameters and develop better quality control standards.

针对质量规范和更好的质量控制标准，制作供货商质量分析报告。

任职要求

Requirements:
1. Degree holder in technical discipline.

技术相关专业学历。
2. Over 2 years of experience in quality control function in trading business

两年或以上在贸易行业质量控制或相关专业经验。
3. Good knowledge in multiple product categories and materials such as metal, plastic, paper and wood/bamboo etc.

有良好的多种产品或材质的专业知识，例如金属、塑料、纸质和木/竹等等。
4. Good knowledge in total quality management international products inspection standards and practices, especially North America standards.

对质量管理的国际产品检验标准和准则，尤其北美区标准，有良好的知识积累。
5. Be fluent in spoken and written English. Must have a good knowledge of MS-Word / MS-Excel.

有良好的英语读写能力。能熟练操作微软办公软件，特别电子表格。

6. Be adapted to frequent business travel.

能适应经常出差。
