  Scope of role:  

 

  

Reporting to Performance Director, this position is expected to :

  

• Build, upload and ensure seamless execution of CRM campaign on JZT

• Daily operation and optimization using JD CRM platform

• Analyze and develop audience segmentations & targeting

• Collaborate closely with clients to finalize audience segmentations

• Responsibility developing best practices on JD CRM

• Provide test & learn opportunities on CRM to clients & deliver scale-able solutions

• Align KPI with Performance Director and clients

• Oversee regular reporting of KPIs, learnings and implications on JD CRM

• Work with Performance Director in development of annual CRM plan as part of overall EC Strategy

                  

 

  

Basic Qualifications:

  

• Bachelor's degree

• 2 years of experience in operating on JZT

• Strong eCommerce operation capabilities

• Strong communicator

• Strong data and analytical skills

• Ability to rationalize and articulate insights and implications from the campaign data
