市场专员（活动策划执行、电销团队管理）

工作内容：

1.***电销团队的管理，包括人员招募，话术培训，电销数据的整理统计和分析。

2.通过电话或者网络与客户进行沟通介绍，进行宣传营销。

3.负责公司各项活动宣传物料的准备，保证其及时完成到位，物料保管妥善。

4.协助公司讲座，体验课，活动组织执行，流程把控以及人员安排，主动收集到场客户资料。

5.部门安排的其他工作。

公司项目主要是出国游学，英美澳加项目，剑桥中国暑假学院，剑桥中国英语辩论营等，在行业内享誉盛名。

任职要求：

1．本科或以上学历，专业不限，能力优秀，经验丰富者优先考虑。

2．具有敏锐的市场洞察能力和应变能力，良好的判断能力和沟通能力，能独立完成商业谈判。

3．善于团队合作，具有良好的沟通以及协调能力。

4．有教育培训行业市场经验，社群营销经验，渠道资源的优先考虑。
