岗位职责:

1、全面负责销售部日常事务管理，对销售部客户满意度及销售业绩负责；

2、根据厂家布置的销量任务，制定部门年度预算计划，根据销售店年度/月份销售目标，拟定并实施订货、销售及库存计划；

3、根据总经理布置的KPI各项考核目标（销售毛利、按揭、延保、用品等衍生任务）编写部门年度/月度工作计划与工作总结；

4、分析市场动态，制定调整销售运营政策，争取厂家***返利；

5、规范及完善销售部门日常管理的相关规定流程，掌握合理的库存结构，规避销售风险，应对突发事件；

6、根据每月客户满意度情况，提出相应对策和解决方案；指导、协助客服部处理个案客户投诉；

7、甄选、培训以及指导下属人员，提供业务发展指导，对销售部的人才梯队建设负责；

8、完成上级交办的其他事项。

任职要求：

1、全日制大专以上学历；

2、三年以上中高端品牌汽车销售管理经验；

3、熟悉汽车4S店的建设和管理工作，掌握市场营销基本体系。
