To support our fast development, we are looking for sales person who are self-motivated and like learning and sharing in Guangzhou. Since this position represents a French high technology company, the ideal candidate will also display a passion for innovation & technical knowledge. We offer a competitive base salary supplemented by a bonus, with the opportunity to be trained abroad.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop strong expertise in our products
• 掌握和发展关于产品的专业知识、见解

• Train our distributors and make sure they have the latest product knowledge
• 培训分销商，确保其掌握有最新的信息和知识。

• Promote our products to customers in coordination with our distributors and our marketing & R&D team
• 组织分销商、市场/实验室团队，向客户推广我们的产品

• Interfaces directly with key customers at different stages of projects or problems, understanding customer issues, communicating proposals and solutions
• 与主要客户在项目或问题的不同阶段进行直接沟通，了解客户需求，交流建议和解决方案

• Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the distributors. Troubleshoot problems
• 预测销售额，制定确保分销商达成销售目标的策略，解决分销商问题。

PROFILE

• University degree required with a technical major
• 相关专业全日制本科或以上

• At least 5 years’ experience in the cosmetic ingredients industry, preferably as a formulator or sales
• 5年以上化妆品原料行业工作经验，有销售或配方师经验优先考虑

• Strong knowledge of the cosmetic science；Good sense of customer service.
• 具备较强的化妆品科学知识；良好的客户服务意识

• Excellent written communication in English. A spoken English would be a plus to interact directly with frequent foreign visitors
• 良好的英语书面沟通能力。口语方面***能够流利与外国拜访者直接交流。
