Position: Senior Customer Service Representative

Report to: Senior Customer Service Supervisor  

Location: Shanghai

Job Summary

Support business to handle customer quotation/customer complaints/customer inquiry, fulfill sales orders, and related issues.

协助业务部门处理客户报价/客户投诉/客户询价，完成销售订单及相关事宜。

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Deal with spare parts inquires/orders from customers in Shandong & Shanghai, and follow up till the order placed. Achieve 100% accuracy of quotation. Deal with customer inquiries within 24hours; handle urgent cases in same day.处理山东、上海客户的备件询价/订单，并跟进至订单下达。报价100%准确。24小时内处理客户咨询;在同一天处理紧急情况。

• Deal with the urgent cases in same day. Achieve 99.9% accuracy. 同一天处理紧急情况。达到99.9%的准确率。

• Daily interface/coordination between sales/service people & customer over the phone and through emails for order fulfillment. 通过电话和电子邮件与销售/服务人员及客户进行日常沟通/协调，以完成订单。

• To work with GCMD/CDM TEAM on customer/material master data. 与GCMD/CDM团队合作处理客户/材料主数据。

• Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required. 根据需要参与并承担额外的任务和项目。   

  

Education and Experience

• College degree or above in Logistics or related field. 物流或相关专业大专以上学历。

• At least 2 years related experience in order processing or customer service, full knowledge /understanding of order processing or customer service techniques. 2年以上订单处理或客户服务相关经验，对订单处理或客户服务技术有全面的了解。

  

Skills and Abilities

• Highly motivated and self-disciplined; self-motivated, customer-oriented.

• Loyalty, hardworking, careful working attitude.

• Good communication skills.

• Basic knowledge on finance aspect.

• Familiar with PC operation and ERP system operation.
