岗位职责:

1、负责组织与实施汽车售后服务策略。

2、组织编制部门年、季、月度售后服务工作计划及费用预算。 

3、强化安全意识、服务意识、成本意识的观念，保证生产经营高效的有序进行。

4、掌握售後市场服务动态，熟悉售後服务市场状况，引导和控制售後服务市场的方向和进度。

5、组织本部门开发创新多种服务手段，完成售後服务指标并及时回款。

6、组织与指导下属人员进行供求市场研究、客户研究、竞争市场与竞争对手研究等方面。

7、进行客户分析，建立客户关系，挖掘用户需求，协助处理投诉，跟踪处理投诉结果，进行客户满意度调查。

 

任职资格:

1、大专及以上学历，汽车及相关专业毕业；  

2、三年以上中高端品牌服务经理管理经验；

3、精通市场营销、企业管理知识；

4、具有扎实的汽车方面的专业知识，熟悉了解汽车维修与服务市场。
