1. 负责制定公司新媒体平台（抖音、快手、小红书）的内容建设、方案、定位、目标、资源拓展等新媒体渠道运营管理工作并落实实施；

2. 负责公司品牌、产品的线上推广，分析推广活动效果并在数据基础上提出可行性优化方案，探索新媒体运营创新新模式；

3. 建立社群并拓展和维护，根据社群价值定位，发布内容，丰富传播模式，深化传播内容，规划线上专题，挖掘、维护核心会员客户；

4.组织和创新符合公司定位的优质内容，通过内容发布、标题制作等因素来提升阅读量和关注度；

5.负责（女装）产品的全盘运营：方案制定、执行、推广与监督。

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历，三年以上新媒体工作经验；

2. 对新媒体运用管理有深刻理解和丰富经验，有自己的独到认识和创意，具有较强的组织协调和沟通、分析能力；

3. 熟悉新媒体平台对互联网事物、网络营销事件高度敏感；有创新意识；

4. 有较好的职业道德，团队合作精神。
