岗位职责：

1、负责起草商务往来文书、合同；

2、负责对接国外清关代理，处理国外货物清关事宜；

3、协助处理客户投诉；

4、处理海外段询价和海外代理的询价和报价

5、与国外客户进行商务洽谈争取更高利润；

6、负责该项目的销售数据统计分析；

7、能灵活妥善地应对各种突发事件，完成上级交代的各项任务。

任职资格：

1、英语听说读写熟练；

2、有贸易、国际货运等相关工作经验优先考虑；

3、悟性好，人要灵光；

4、可以短期出差。

Job Responsibilities：

1、Responsible for drafting business correspondence and contracts；

2、Responsible for overseas customs clearance and works related to that.

3、Assist in handling customer complaints.

4、Dealing with inquiries and quotations from oversea clients and oversea agents.

5、Business negotiation with foreign customers for higher profits.

6、Responsible for the statistical analysis of the sales project.

7、Able to deal with emergencies flexibly and appropriately and complete the tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Qualification：

1、Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

2、Experience in trade and international freight transportation is preferred.

3、Good at understanding and being flexible.

4、Willing to go for short business trips.
