岗位职责

1、负责公司的日常行政管理，贯彻落实各项规章制度的执行；

2、构建和完善符合公司实际情况的人力资源架构、人事管理制度及企业文化建设，并严格监督运行；

3、进行简历甄别及人才测试、面试、筛选、录用等工作；

4、负责员工关系管理，公司人员入职、离职、社会保险，考勤，绩效管理等，

5、负责公司企业文化建设；员工活动组织、策划和安排；

6、负责协调与维护各部门的关系以及本部门的工作部署安排；

7、完成总经理布置的其他工作。

任职资格

1、大专以上学历，有3年或以上行政人事主管工作经验；

2、具备一定的亲和力，细心、有责任心，超强的执行力，良好的职业操守。

 福利：

      1、5天8小时工作制；上班时间：8:30—12:00，13：00—17:30；
