Finance Manager for Job management

    

    

OVERVIEW 

    

This role mainly focus on leading team on job management, revenue recognition, reporting and internal control etc. This position will suit an experienced finance professional, have strong process management skill and a desire to achieve high-level results in a fast paced environment. The individual must be able to manage and coordinate multiple priorities, and engage business teams objectively and confidently. The individual must also manage a team/members and have a high level of working quality and business sense. 

    

    

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up standard job process for team and execute it accordingly
• Monthly revenue recognition per accounting standards
• Job accrue revenue and job review each month with business team
• Review billing process including invoice preparing and accounting entries
• Develop and mentor financial analysts on revenue related report and forecasting,
• Keep account receivable balance and trade working capital  in a reasonable level to meet group’s requirements
• Job related cost review and payment approval
• Lead on job audits, including internal, external, client and regulatory audits
• Taxes affairs settlement and maintain good relationship with tax bureau
• Internal control and management for job management process
• Work closely with the local finance and Resources team on month-end closing process, deliver finance result timely to related parties and meet Groupe deadline
• Work on system migration, develop system setting in order to make process more smoothly
• Supervise team member work and help them to solve the problems.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE 

• Degree qualified (Finance, Accounting)，middle level finance certificate above.
• Over 7 years of experience within operation finance or Management Reporting, preferred within the digital/advertising field
• Experience in owning budgeting and forecasting projects and tracks of work through to completion
• Committed, detail-oriented, self-starter with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in time-sensitive environments
• Flawless Executor - Emphasizes the importance of details, work that is easy to follow, and compliance with policies and procedures
• Good communication skills to clearly and accurately convey complex metrics and analysis
• Demonstrated ability to work with creative financial/operational models
• Thrive under pressure and deadlines in a fast-paced organization
• Proficiency in interpreting financial results and key ratios to analyses and project trends
• Strong Excel skills including experience with financial/operational model building
• BCC, Hyperion Financial Manager and/or Oracle experience preferred
• Fluent English skill in listening, speaking, reading and writing, CET Grade 6 level or above
