岗位职责:

Responsibilities:

? Professionalism and positive work attitude
? Observes and documents pertinent information that reflects the patient’s clinical condition, with respect to the entire human being.
? Reports the same to oncoming nurses, charge nurses and physicians.
? Performs or supervises treatment and administers medications as required.
? Counts narcotics in accordance to the institution’s policies and procedures.
? Cooperates in maintaining a high level of order, safety and strict control over narcotics and other high alert medications
? Conducts team conferences and assumes responsibility for keeping plans, implementation and evaluations of nursing care current.
? Actively participates in, patient and/or family teaching, appropriately documents activity and response to instructions.
? Institutes emergency procedures in the absence of a physician to offset life threatening situations; maintains the defined institution’s policies and procedures.
? Responsible of coaching level I and level II nurses.
? Review and advise nursing documentation for level I and level II nurses.
? Keeps abreast of current nursing trends and continuing education opportunities.

1. C13 breathing test
2. Endoscopy culture specimen collection
3. EGD
4. Colonoscopy
5. Bronchoscopy
6. EZ CLIP Operation
7. Capsule Endoscopy
8. ERCP
9. EUS+ESD
10. EUS+FNA
11. PEG
12. Upper GI Manometry+ PH Study
13. Foreign Body Removal
14. Management emergency in Endo Room

Other duties performed
- Annual CNE credit is required.
Improve nursing clinical skills to meet hospital standards

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? Minimal Education Requirement—Polytechnic school of nursing graduate, associate nursing degree or above preferred.
? Minimal experience Requirement- 5years working experience in nursing, and Endoscopy preferred.
Minimum 2 years oversea nursing experience preferred for new hires.
? Licensing Needed- Registered nurse license in China.
? BLS certificate according to policy
? ACLS certification according to policy

Skills:
? Adequate communication skills in English and Chinese
? Adequate nursing skills based on clinical needs

Knowledge:
? Understand hospital policies and procedures
? Understand department policies and procedures
? Adequate general Nursing Knowledge
? Adequate knowledge of required nursing expertise
