Major Responsibilities:
* The HIL Test and Validation Engineer will be involved with the validation and verification the development * Responsible for complete Validation Cycle - Test setup, Test plan creation, test case creation, Test Procedures, Execution and Report Generation including traceability to the requirements
* Responsible for executing the validation test plans and DVP for ADAS system and subsystems on SIL, * * Develop test plans and planning for ADAS features Level 0 – Level 4 for HIL, Test tracks, public roads
* Responsible for defining KPI for ADAS feature L0 – L4 and compare against the requirements
* Own and execute validation/performance plans through the development life cycle
* Ensure validation plans, acquired data, lessons learned are documented, traceable, and stored correctly
* Responsible for data analytics and managing collected data for SIL/HIL testing
* Review technical data with internal engineers and supplier(s) to resolve technical issues during different development phases with relevant parties (supplier, other engineering teams)
* Support other engineering activities as they arise and drive them to resolution

Qualifications:
* More than 5 years of Automotive Electrical/Electrics test and validation experience;
* More than 3 year ADAS HIL test and validation experience
* Familiar with ADAS principle,
* Skillful for CANoe or Spyer etc,
* Familiar with some of test platform and tools as dSPACE SCALEXIO HIL systems, Control Desk, ASM Tool Chain, Motion Desk, Model Desk, Automation Desk;
* Familiar with Matlab Simulink modelling, RTI simulation;
* Knowledge of tools like DOORS, ALM Integrity, JIRA, ECU Test Tool, Test Rail, Vehicle Spy, Canoe, ADTF and Video Streaming based Tools (Ex: MHD Unit) etc.
* Knowledge of Automotive Protocol Standards like CAN, CAN FD, UDS, LIN, Ethernet, Flex ray etc.
* Good communication skills in both English and Chinese;
* Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
