Job Overview:
The scope of work of this position consists in executing tests with respect to vehicle preconditioning related to charging. The engineer responsible for this task will prepare the vehicle under test for being at a specific charging state (i.e. given State of Charge, during charging (AC/DC),…) and initiate a specific precondition target state (Air Condition operation status) and verify the result according given test cases. The task doesn’t require any HV related activity aside from starting and terminating charging.

Goal:
The outcome of the given task will be a test report and given there are issues occurred that do not match the test case expected results an error report with a precise description of the issue together with the relevant vehicle logfiles.

Major Responsibilities:
* Preparing the vehicle as to match the test case’s preconditions and assuring the well-functioning of the logging devices;
* Test execution and result documentation – test report compilation;
* Extracting relevant logfiles from the vehicle where needed.

Qualifications:
* Familiarity with CAN protocol;
* Practical experience with CAN trace analysis tools (e.g. CANoe, CANalyzer, VehicleSpy, Busmaster or similar);
* Background in power electronics;
* Familiarity with GB/T or ISO specification interpretation would be a plus;
* Basic knowledge of vehicle functions would be a preferable;
* Chinese driving license would be a plus;
* Familiarity with standard Office Software, including Excel, Word and PPT;
* Background in test systematics and tracking/reporting tools like Jira or Quality Center/ALM would be a plus;
* Good communication and coordination skills.
