1. 负责抖音、快手、网络视频平台运营，完成拍摄所需剧本，拍摄，剪切，后期制作；

2. 负责公司需要的产品宣传视频的拍摄 产品拍摄能力；

3. 有成熟的企业宣传片，个人形象IP打造经验；

4. 负责头条，微博，抖音，快手的运营推广。

1、有丰富的想象力，活跃的思维，热爱互联网新媒体行业，有互联网推广思维和敏锐洞察力；

2、网感好，知道年轻人喜欢什么，对新事物有强烈的敏感度；

3、具备极高的模仿能力及创意二次改编能力，能够高效产出各种年轻人喜欢的热点视频内容：舞蹈、搞笑段子、时尚、穿搭等；

4、性格开朗，有激情，具有良好的团队合作能力，抗压能力强；

5、在抖音、美拍、快手等平台有一定的个人作品；

6、主动性创作意愿能力佳，沟通能力强，喜欢挑战新事物，热情、抗压、学习能力强；
