岗位职责:

Takes charge of new employees enrollment and termination related process of contractual insurance;

Makes monthly allowance payments in compliance with corporate policy and insures that adequate tax documentation is submitted to payroll for retention;

Prepares and issues a monthly allowance statement to all expatriate staff;

Reviews the pre-approval form and works on CME/CE payment;

Updates CME/CE track timely;

Prepares and issues a monthly CME/CE statement to all medical staff.

Responsible for payroll report and journal for new clinic/hospital;

Administers consultant & Asia Medical Specialist payroll includes but not limits to information update, timesheet and production sheet collection, and payroll calculation.

Administers salary data in accordance with internal policies, procedures and government requirements;

Collects commission list and does calculation accurately and runs commission report and distributes commission slip.

Assist with recruiting process;

Manage vendor to process foreign staff and their family members’ working visa & resident permit application and renewal;

Assist medical license application and renewal;

Maintain data and manage various HR system as well as generate required report on regular basis.

Other duties as assigned.

Good command of English in both spoken and written

Good office software skill

Able to interact professionally with people at all levels and with different culture backgrounds;

Detail-oriented, well organized and cooperative work spirit; 

Able to pay close attention to details;

Able to maintain confidential information and work independently;

Reliable, responsible and motivated. 

Knowledge:

Basic HR and labor law knowledge is needed
