岗位职责：

1、负责总经理的日常行程安排，提醒总经理各项工作任务的执行和跟进；

2、负责总经理重要文件及讲话的起草、审核，文件的督办、处理与反馈，

3、协助总经理做好市场的管理及问题的处理；

4、协助建立和完善公司经营管理体系及业务运作流程等，维护和保障经营体系有效、平稳运作；

5、完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，理工科专业或企业管理、工商管理、市场营销等相关管理专业；

2、熟悉OFFICE软件，尤其要精通EXCEL，文字写作功底扎实，擅长各类稿件的撰写；

3、能承受很强的工作压力，能迅速适应并跟上公司的发展变化。

4、较强的语言表达及跨部门协调能力，有责任感，学习能力强，沟通表达能力好。

5、善于利用时间和管理执行力强，有良好的沟通能力。

6、气质端庄，形象佳，普通话流利，态度和蔼亲切。

7、有美业同职位工作经验优先。
