职位描述
1. 根据市场情况和公司战略，制定橡胶助剂产品规划；
2. 负责橡胶助剂市场信息的收集、目标客户群的确定、产品定位工作；
3. 负责橡胶助剂推广策略的执行，完成各项销售指标；
4. 挖掘客户的潜在需求，与业务协作，开拓、维护好客户关系，保持良好的长期合作关系。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，化工/材料/环境等相关专业，5年以上销售工作经验，具备化工/材料行业销售经验尤佳，有高分子材料（橡胶、塑料、胶粘剂、涂料等）/或精细化工品、建筑材料、化妆品等领域行业经验者优先；
2、熟悉橡胶类产品生产工艺和配方；
3、熟悉橡胶助剂；
4、有良好的人际沟通、协调能力；
5、有良好的抗压能力，能适应出差。
6. 较强的需求分析、产品规划、项目管理经验，良好的团队协作精神和较强抗压力；
7. 能够有效地组织和推进跨职能，跨团队的合作项目能力。
