Major Job Functions & Responsibilities :
1) Arrange and collect translation for making gift box and ask designer to revise as customers require.
2) Collect and pass packing information for suppliers to follow and artwork checking.
3) Collect certificates and reports from suppliers and send them to customers per instruction from supervisor.
4) Arrange and packing samples per requirements of customers supervisor.
5) Create barcode for new items.
6) Arrange QC to inspect and see loading for inspection and loading matters.
7) Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Peripheral Functions:
8)As a back-up merchandiser when getting back orders from customers.

Requirements:

Academic / Professional Qualifications Requirements:
1) Diploma holder or equivalent degree is required.
2) Minimum 2 years related experience, prior experience in trading company is an added advantage.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
1) Good computer knowledge and MS application.
2) Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
3) Knowledge of international trade business.
4) Good communication skill with suppliers and customers.
