The Short-term Finance Assistant works in consultation with the Finance Manager to maintain the school’s financial daily work.

    

Qualifications:

• College degree or above.
• Major in Finance, or Accounting is preferred; relevant experience is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• English/Mandarin bilingual proficiency.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of one year related work experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, databases and Mac OSX.
• Trustworthy with confidential information;
• Attention to details is a must;
• Strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• File and maintain all financial archives.
• Assist with fapiao issues and other tax-related matters at local tax bureau.
• Assist expatriate faculty with bank account or any other financial issues.
• Assist with school events and student activities.
• Assist with keeping records of utilities and other costs for faculty and staff apartments.
• Help to tuition Proforma Invoice and related preparation work.

• Assist with other financial matters when necessary.
