PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS

1.      Assist Account Manager to oversee trade market in China.

2.      Be responsible for key trade title/partner & home learning marketing.

3.      Work with team to initiate new initiative/solution/business innovation/business model to ensure OUP to be the leading educational resources and services provider in the market. 

4.      Retain existing customers. Identify key trade/home-learning marketplace opportunities and prospects (trade and home learning).  

5.      Close new deals through offerings of educational resources/services and different kinds of cooperation.

6.      Develop proposals, and manage the contract.

7.      Fulfil personal target and help team fulfil team target.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

·        Bachelor degree is required

·        Fluent spoken and written English

·        At least 3 years sales/BD experience in leading publisher, home-learning companies, imported Book Trader, E-commerce or educational companies).

·        Analytical skills of market research is preferred

·        KA management experience is preferred

·        Willing to work under pressure and travel
