根据教学大纲备课，完成日常授课任务，确保教学质量

及时跟进学员学习状态，积极与学员沟通，为其解答疑惑

积极参与部门内的培训，保持授课技术先进性

配合研发部门完成相关教学资料的研发工作

跟踪就业班主任情况及时提出课程深度和更新建议，完成课程体系

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业

2、有三年以上互联网行业软件测试从业经验

3、熟悉软件测试流程，能编写测试计划，设计测试方案，测试用例，测试报告等。

4、熟悉软件工程和软件质量管理体系，有软件测试管理和授课经验优先

5、掌握Unix或者Lunix操作能力，能够搭建主流测试环境

6、良好的个人形象，善于沟通，语言表达能力强

7、热爱教育行业，责任心强，有培训经验者优先

8、拥有比较强文字功底和文档写作能力

Working location: Dongfengdong Road, Nearly OUZHUANG metro.
Working time: Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 18:30. Holiday according to national policy.
