Key Responsibilities:

-      To lead a small team to provide quality service to covered client, including regular meeting, business plan, review, optimization and reporting, etc. Details as below:

a.     Focus on one or two specific categories.

b.     Take briefing from client to understand client’s requests, needs, challenges and expectations.

c.     Build a business plan (mainly focus on paid media plan) based on client’s briefing with KPI setting, support needed from internal and external.

d.     Lead team members for daily execution for real time optimization.

e.     Provide insights and suggestions to client for further decision.

f.      Set up reporting system for good visibility.

g.     Hold regular internal team meeting and external client meeting.

-      To understand industry trend, key best practice, etc. and bring into business operation.

Experience required:

-      3 years above related working experiences, include but not limited on client service, ecommerce operation role, etc., either agency side or client side.

-      At least 2 years’ ecommerce related working experiences.

-      People management experiences are preffered.

-      Familiar with ecommerce paid media, such as Alibaba, JD, YHD, etc.

-      Familiar with SEM, SEO.
