职责描述：

1.负责金融客服中心数据统计分析，发现问题并提供策略建议；

2.负责建立合理的业务数据监控体系，规划数据分析应用项目，与产品沟通优化、完善部门数据分析体系；

3.支持业务线的发展，及时准确地为业务提供有洞察力的数据分析结论及策略建议，确保管理层能作出正确的决定；

4.根据业务需求，针对业务数据完成各个维度的统计与分析，

任职要求：

1. 具有一年以上呼叫中心数据分析经验，本科及以上学历， 数学、统计相关专业优先；

2.具备大数据处理能力，熟练操作EXCEL、PPT等工具，熟悉Python/R/SAS等优先；

3.学习能力强，善于跨团队沟通协调，能承受较大工作强度和压力；

4.具有较强的逻辑分析能力。
