 Role Title: Lead Architect Business: Commercial Banking IT Role and Purpose
-Lead IT solution architect for Commercial banking projects
-Establish strategic technology roadmap that meet business development plan
-Manage relationship with key stake holders in Business/IT/external parties
-Provide IT solutions to business requirements whilst aligning to IT strategies and standards
-Work in agile/devops environments
-Manage/support/develop a team of digital solution architects
-Facilitate sharing and alignment of knowledge & best practice with IT areas

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
-5+ years of IT experience in financial industry of including IT architecture
-Preferably with experience in development and project/people management roles
-Experience in development and support of mission critical business applications a plus
-Experience in strategic planning on IT application/technology roadmap
-3+ years of proven industry experience working on Android/iOS projects
-Have experience in Dagger2 / Rxjava2 / Retrofit2, familiar with 3rd party lib integration, familiar with design pattern, especially MVP or
-Knowledge of UIKit and Cocoa frameworks and familiar with RxSwift / Alamofire, familiar with 3rd party lib integration.
-Familiar with Native App design pattern.* Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
-Ability to explain complex technical solutions to audiences at different technical knowledge
-Ability to articulate business case for IT investments to business
-Build relationships with senior/key stakeholders rapidly
-Sound knowledge of Fintect and innovative technologies, design patterns and keep abreast of latest technology trends
-Experience in designing complex distributed / service oriented / micro services style and cloud based systems, with focus on scalability, maintainability and extensibility
-Experience in designing integrations between different systems, working with different teams and driving an agreement on the technologies and methods to use
-Practitioner of agile methodologies
