职位：表面效果研发高级工程师

主要职责：
针对家具漆表面效果趋势进行调研，发掘最新的表面效果
收集客户的产品信息，研发适合客户需求的产品涂装效果
制作及研发各种流行涂装工艺及效果
积极配合品牌部开展表面涂装效果的所有推广工作（如各大效果推广及开展）
准确地调配样板颜色，有较强的颜色敏感度
能有效地解决客户涂装问题，提供清晰的涂装工艺

岗位要求：
高中以上学历
5年以上家具厂或涂料厂涂装技术应用经验
较强的打板，调色能力，对色彩敏感度较强
28岁以上，为人正直，诚实，能吃苦耐劳
有较强的创新意识及沟通能力，具备一定的项目管理能力
