DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for overall production operations including knitting, printing production, material planning & scheduling, equipment & facility engineering

2. Weekly & monthly update production performance to the JV company management team

3. Manage waste water treatment and ensure discharge level per governmental regulations

4. Participate product development

5. Meet customers and attend quality and other interactions as and when necessary

6. Ensure on time delivery of products, quality within standard

7. Responsible for operation budget and results

8.Other tasks assigned by the management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:                   

1.Solid experience of textile operation management, min 10 years

2.Fluent in written and oral English

3.University/college degree, majored in dye/finishing or printing of textile, IE

4.Computer skill such as excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
