Project Quality Management

1. To develop and execute project quality work plan to ensure product quality are reliable and sustainable.

2. Review supplier quality management system to assure it is reliable in supporting entire project. Such as new supplier qualification, production material qualification, outsourcing services, product qualification, golden sample management and Change management etc.

3. Work closely with engineering department to identify and manage ‘Critical to Quality’ items thru deploy quality management tools. Such as PFMEA, Control plan and MSA study. Areas of focus includes relevant manufacturing processes, material, components etc.

4. Assess and refine production setup to ensure production running are smooth and without bottle neck, all Jig and fixture are certified, equipment use are calibrated, work instruction and relevant test plan are in-place.

5. Ensure that operators are trained and qualified before place in the production line.

6. Drive quality ownership into supplier factory and be the window to Supplier management on quality related issues.

7. Supplier performance management with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to drive supplier performance

Job Requirement:

• Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering or related subject
• Experience in project quality management is prefer and with supply chain management will be an advantage
• 10+ years professional experiences in product manufacturing; relevant experiences in office products
• Familiar with ISO 9001, RoHS, APQP, PPAP, 8D, PFMEA, Control Plan, knowledge in Six Sigma methodology will be an advantage
• Experience in executing ‘Build In Quality’ program to drive upfront quality management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Experience working with global teams and participate in conference calls
• Work independently and under pressure
• Frequent travel is required
