1、负责制定、发布和跟踪公司外购生产用件的物料需求计划，并根据实际进度及时调整和修订物料需求计划；

Responsible for making, releasing and tracking the material requirement plan and adjusting the plan according to customer demand change;

2、负责主导供应商的零件交货管理，协调跟进处理供应商交付异常，并对供应商物流交付进行考核；

Responsible for controlling the supplier’s parts delivery, coordinating and handling the abnormal situations and evaluating the supplier’s performance in logistics and delivery;

3、负责定期统计分析物料需求计划的执行情况，探索物料计划的优化改进措施并予以实施；

Responsible for analyzing the monthly material requirement plan implementation performance, raising the optimization or improvement method and keep it well implemented;

4、负责合理控制零件的库存水平，保持合理的库存周转率；

Responsible for control the purchased parts inventory in a good level;

5、负责关注工程设计变更的实施进度，控制设变物料库存；

Responsible for focusing on ECN implementation and control the ECN parts inventory;

6、配合支持公司新项目的相关工作；

Be responsible for supporting relevant work of new program.

任职要求：

1、大学本科及以上学历；

Bachelor and above degree;

2、至少2年以上汽车零部件制造行业的计划模块、物料管控、ERP或供应链管理的专业知识经验；

Minimum 2 years working experiences of Planning control, ERP or SCM in auto components manufacturing company;

3、熟悉汽车零部件行业的TS16949、5S或ISO14001等管理体系；

Be familiar with TS16949、5S or ISO14001 in auto components field;

4、良好的组织、沟通（书面与口头）和协调技能；

Good organization, communicating and coordinating skills;

5、逻辑思维清晰、良好的数据分析及清晰的表达能力；

Good logical thinking, data analysis and presentation skills;

6、具有很强的工作责任心，能承受工作压力；

Be very responsible on work and able to work under pressure;

7、良好的团队合作精神；

Good team work spirit;

8、熟练操作计算机办公软件（Excel , PPT and Word等）；

Proficient in computer application such as Microsoft Excel, PPT and Word;

9、良好的英语书面与口头沟通能力。

Good English skills in both written and oral.
