岗位职责:

Summary of Responsibilities:

The Postpartum Rehabilitation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and actively managing all aspects of GZU’s PPR center, including day-to-day hands-on on-site management, partner relations, patient services, marketing, sales inside and outside UFH, and coordination with medical teams. 

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of GZU’s postpartum rehabilitation (PPR), including all of the below.

2. Create and implement sales strategy for PPR, including B2C, B2B sales, inside UFH and outside UFH through partnerships and sales channels. 

3. Manage marketing efforts

4. Manage internal aspects of PPR, including patient experience, case management, mother and baby activities.

5. Manage relationships with key vendors like yuesao companies, equipment companies, yuezi food companies, external medical professionals.

6. Be responsible for day-to-day management of PPR center. 

7. Work with medical teams to design and implement UFH-standard postpartum rehabilitation services. 

8. Other tasks as assigned by leadership

Knowledge and Experience:

1. At least 7 years of direct yuezi center experience, with proven track record of sales and operations success

2. Good knowledge of medical terminology and yuezi services

3. Experience in building successful partnerships with other medical and non-medical institutions, including those related to birth and post-birth services

4. Fluent in Chinese; some English language skills preferred
