JOB DESCPTION

1. Taking charge of the scheme designer of the department, and provide appropriate guidance to subordinate designers.

2. Accomplishing the assigned design tasks according to the schedule and quality criteria.

3. Taking the initiative to join work meetings in different stages, and developing feasible design schemes and suggestion upon projects.

4. Liaising with colleagues of other architectural specialties, working with FF&E department to  determine the main materials and prepare presentation documents, providing cooperation in the intention design of FF&E and working with lighting and electricity departments.

5. Giving active correspondence to clients or the company internal staff for their suggestions during various working stages to make appropriate modification.

6. Collecting design materials, drawings and files for company’s archive.

7. Joining the process of technical clarification and tackling related design technical problems.

8. Coordinating the performance examine and team construction.

9. Fulfill other tasks covered in the speciality for the project.

QUALIFICATION AND TRAIING REQUIRED

1. Education: Bachelor of environmental art design, interior design or other reflated fields.

2. Experience: More than 2 years experience in interior design and 5 years in large design project.

3. Knowlege: Having in-depth knowledge about interior design basic theory and creative idea, and familiar with the design projects related to hotels, real estate, office spaces, commercial buildings and complex.

4. Professional skill:

a. Having good aesthetic sense.

b. Capable of developing concept design.

c. Proficient in making rendering and be able to complete a model independently.

d. Proficient in various design software.

e. Good at team work.

f. Able to work under pressure.

Computer skills: Familiar with 3Dmax, Autocad, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.
