岗位职责：

1、从用户体验的角度，结合金融客户的行为数据和态度数据，分析和识别现有的体验问题，并针对性提出解决方案

2、通过服务过程的设计和优化，能够对于企业产品给予建议，并给予团队专业支持

3、依据需求提供业务分析和客户体验优化方案，撰写相关分析报告

4、配合客服团队，梳理客户系统的业务需求，以搭建客户中心平台系统并协调相关部门完善呼叫中心系统各项功能及业务流程

5、负责推进线上化的流程平台建设，加强流程管控，提高服务质量

任职要求：

1、至少2年以上相关工作经验；

2、认可服务价值，热爱服务，具备良好地逻辑思维、善于沟通协调，乐于创新解决问题；

3、具备一定数据分析能力，并熟练使用各种办公软件；

4、积极主动，灵活应变，学习能力强，具有良好的抗压能力；

5、具备一定的产品化思维能力
