工作职责:

Work for the brand：INSTITUT ESTHEDERM

1、Develop and implement digital strategy & planning on multi-platform;

2、Work with consumer engagement manager to create digital campaign to precisely engage with target audience, such as SEM/SEO, Social media etc.;

3、Develop e-marketing plan for SEPHORA including setting up VB strategy, product animation and promotion plan;

4、In charge of digital material to promote on SEPHORA such as PDP,banner;

5、Co-work with SEPHORA CRM dept. on specific CRM program;

6、Prepare EB monthly report and deep dive on key project to summarize learning and take action for the upcoming communication;

7、Keep closely communication with SEPHORA relevant dept.;

8、Co-work with internal cross-function to facilitate SEPHORA implementation;

9、Build and maintain brand owned CRM system with creating program;

10、Support SPA channel on specific marketing campaign or O2O program.

任职资格:

1、Bachelor degree or above;

2、At least 2+ years digital & e-marketing experience in FMCG industry;

3、fashion/personal care/cosmetics industry or experience with SEPHORA is preferred;

4、Strong knowledge and communication skill on both internal and external partners;

5、Fluent in Mandarin and English, in both written and oral communication;

6、Priority setting and result oriented;

7、Willing to learn new things especially in digital world.
