1、主导试模，包括组织试模前会议、试模过程中的全程跟进以及试模后的总结。组织召开试模总结会议，确定新模的改、修模方案，并按方案跟进改、修模进度，保证下次试模如期进行直至样板内部判定OK为止；

2、负责新模加工工艺方案的制定，出工艺流程文件；

3、编制新模的工艺手册，质量控制点指导书等工艺文件；

4、根据作业指导书对模具重点加工工序进行验证并做记录、对比及分析，必要时尝试不同的加工参数，找出最优的加工方法；

5、模具投产前，模具加工履历记录的整理及移交；

6、协助主管处理新模制造车间5S、四无每月评比以及其他改善项目汇报。

任职要求：

1、专科以上学历，熟练使用CAD、UG、Solidworks等绘图软件及Word, Excel及Powerpoint等办公室软件；

2、熟悉压铸模具加工工艺及流程；

3、有五年以上跟模工程师或模具组长工作经验。
