Responsibilities:
1. 书面翻译各种函件、 法律文件和规章制度，偶尔在会议上提供口头翻译Translate correspondence, legal documents and regulations and, occasionally, provide verbal interpretation at meetings.
2. 执行事实研究和基本法律研究Perform fact research and basic legal research.
3. 进行事实调查和收集公司信息已准备法院、仲裁委员会或有关代理机构需要的文件，如立场声明和回应传票等。Conduct fact investigations and collect company information required to prepare responses required by the courts, agencies or commissions, such as positions statements and responses to subpoenas.
4.管理整个中国的法律实体，并协助相关部门以保证公司治理按照当地现行的法律和美国对上市公司的管理条例能得以最好实施。 Manage legal entities throughout Asia and assist the Corporate Secretary in maintaining Corporate Governance best practices required by applicable local law and United States regulations governing publicly-traded companies.
5.协助法务总监处理行政上的事务Assist General Counsel for administrative issues.

Requirements:
? 2至5年律师事务所或跨国公司的相关法务相关工作经验2-5 years of relevant legal experience with a law firm and/or a multinational in China
? 中英文书面和口头表达流利Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English
? 较强的工作习惯、研究能力、组织能力,超强的沟通和写作技能Strong work habits and research and organizational skills, and excellent communication and writing skills
? 为人诚信、正直，有诺必守A strong commitment to integrity and ethics
? 法律专业，学士或以上学位Bachelor degree or above in Law
? 能熟练使用MS office 和PPT Familiar with MS office, and PPT
?负责任、注重细节、良好的沟通能力，渴望学习并能通过实践进步Responsible, detail-oriented, good communication skills, eager to learn and to develop through practice.
