Role Purpose / Description

HSDC GPB provides system solutions and services to ensure that business for clients meets high standards in the evolving regulatory and tax environment as well as across-the-board global and regional business domains, including order capture, post-trade service, portfolio management, documentation and reports generation, decision-making support, internet banking, investment solution analysis for clients. The HTG GPB team provides business analysis, system design, product development, system implementation, and application support for above business services all over the world.
To cope with our expansion globally, we are now seeking experienced and self-motivated professionals to join our team.
- Extracting and analyzing business/financial/resource data from various sources to prepare, present and report various Management Information Reports from time to time
- Track / monitor software delivery projects and programs on the basis of identified project health check indicators and report to senior management
- Collaborating with various software delivery teams by assisting them with right data on their projects
- Assist in preparation of automating extraction of data / preparation of standard management reports
- Building good working relationships with local, regional and global teams and IT departments and relevant business areas.
- Act as the administrator of GMIS (HSBC Management Information System) for the team. To make sure the data in the system is maintained correctly.
- Occasional ad-hoc administration tasks is possible
- Organizing and ensuring their manager is well-prepared for meetings when needed.
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments when needed.
- Taking dictation and minutes when needed.
- Prepare for management visits when needed.

职位要求：
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English skill in reading, listening, speaking and writing, especially in reporting and email communication.
- Good coordination skill.
- Verse in data and reporting.
- Familiarity with Notes mail, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Have both a teamwork and self-starter approach
- Ability and commitment to deliver to tight deadlines
- Willingness to own problems and see through to completion
- Creative and problem solving mentality
- Aptitude towards systems/projects.
- 5+ years or above working experience
- Working in the field of business & system analysis in different areas of banking, financial services would be an added advantage
- Experience in PMO(budget and resource coordination reporting) would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of accounting and budgeting would be an added advantage
- Graduate / Post Graduate majoring in Information Technology and/or Finance would be an added advantage
- Familiarity with GMIS2G, Clarity system would be an added advantage
