Fully responsible for PhaseII & Phase III project management, including project design & execution & coordination, cost control, contract management and quality & safety assurance etc. in BeiGene Guangzhou Plant.
全面负责广州厂的 2期和3期项目的全面管理工作， 包括项目设计回顾的工厂协调、项目计划及推进、成本控制、质量管控、合同实施以及安全管理等工作。
1.Supports the project planning，exercise, and definition of project requirements；
确认项目需求，支持项目计划、运行及实施；
2.Contributes to the set-up of the project team organization, identification of internal and external resources, and preparation of team member briefs.
 组建项目团队，确定团队人员的资质要求；
3.Contributes to the preparation of conceptual design for facilities, and utilities systems.  Evaluates alternates, proposes and recommends solutions. 
   筹备工厂厂房、系统、设备的设计，评估变更方案、风险和建议；
4.Prepares cost estimates and project schedules in line with needs.
和相关部门一起预估费用及设计项目时间进程安排；
5.Coordinates and oversees design development and bid document preparation. Uses sound engineering judgment in making cost effective design decisions or seeking appropriate specialist advice, to meet defined requirements, user needs and Baxter standards.
协调监控项目的发展情况、准备投标文件，在项目的费用控制上做出合理决策或寻求专业意见，最终符合预期的客户需求，以及满足百特的标准。
6.Manages the project cost control process, the administration of contracts, and approval of invoice payments as directed.
项目费用控制、合同管理及***付款的审批。
7. Assists with the commissioning and start-up of facilities and equipment, and trouble shooting of latent defects on completed projects.
协助厂设施设备的试机、运行，在项目完成协助解决潜在缺陷造成的故障。
职位要求：
1.Bachelor or above degree in Engineering or a related field
   工程学士及以上学历
2. Own 5 years or above working experience as a Project Manager on construction/equipment projects in a manufacturing and distribution environment.
 5年以上拥有厂房设施设备、运行环境搭建的工程项目经验；
3. Independently thought with problem analysis and resolving skills.
 独立分析问题、解决问题的能力；
4.Good written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English.
良好的英文和中文写作技巧，及沟通能力；
