职责描述：

1.       负责人事外包员工入职材料及信息的审核、合同签订、社保参保申报等人事相关实务操作；

2.       根据实操经验，提出对业务流程的优化意见；

3.       从实操的层面，参与系统PC端及移动端功能优化相关的设计验证等工作；

4.       参与岗位操作规范的制定；培训辅导相关岗位的人员；

5.       完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1.       全日制专科及以上学历；

2.       1年以上企业人事或第三方人事外包服务机构的实务操作经验；熟悉员工入离职办理、合同签订、社保参保等日常人事工作流程；

3.       熟练运用人力资源相关操作系统及office软件；

4.       工作细心、学习能力强、良好的沟通表达能力；

5.       较强的执行力和抗压能力。
