岗位职责：

1.负责维护学员班级沟通群，保持与学员、家长联系，解答咨询问题和处理投诉；

2.负责学生学习进度，及时反馈有关情况，协助辅导学生在课堂上没有完全掌握的知识点；

3.负责根据中心和学生教学需求及时编排和调整课程安排表，调动教学资源、满足教学需求；

4.与任课老师以及产品研发、运营团队联动，传递产品价值与优势；

5.与家长保持良好沟通，跟进学员新学期的续读工作；

6.完成领导安排的临时工作。

任职要求：

1.本科或以上学历，具有良好的英语表达能力、专四证书或以上；

2.能承受较大的工作压力、适应较快的工作节奏；

3.具备良好的沟通及协调能力，责任心、团队合作意识强；

4.电脑操作熟练，掌握运用word、excel、PPT等办公软件；

5.有相关工作经验者优先考虑。
