岗位职责：

1、负责拼多多平台运营推广，提高店铺浏览量等各种指标，完成销售业绩； 

2、组织和跟进线上的促销活动，商务合作； 

3、与美工沟通配合进行店铺装修，主题活动设计，产品详情页等的完善和不断优化； 

4、负责与平台小二或客服的沟通交流联系，避免出现违规情况；

5、负责拼多多店铺的运营，产品规划、新品上下架、监控库存以及设置促销价格等。

岗位要求： 

1、有2年以上第三方平台经验或网店店长经验（运营过彩妆，个护等优先）；

2、 熟悉拼多多电商平台； 

3、具有较强的营销策划、市场推广、客户管理、数据分析能力； 

4、能承受一定的工作压力，具备良好的协作组织能力，工作认真负责、主动积极、责任心强，善于沟通，有较强的销售意识和销售技巧。
